another busy week

Daniel and Cindy's wedding last weekend!

So I think that's the story of my life. Busy!

Bill took off Thursday and Friday to work on the house. We are getting ready to put it on the market, for lots of reasons, so he took some time off to be able to get ready to sell. Hopefully soon. We might have a garage sale soon, not at my house though~at my moms in Lansing. So we've stayed busy cleaning out "extra" furniture and other items. Bill took 3 truckloads of junk to the trash dump. He and his dad took all of our excess on Friday to my moms basement and my brother and he worked Saturday together.
Thursday we got everything centrally located to take everywhere. We also took a trip to Topeka. Bill had to get a title for his motorcycle to sell it. We also got Angel's new birth certificate while we were there. I had called them several times to try to get it and they always gave me the run around. They wanted money, but never told me that. Anyway, it only took them 15 minutes to get me her new birth certificate go figure. After that we went to McD's and to a park in Topeka. The kids loved it, but there were two field trips there (lots of kids), so it was kinda scary. But we had a good time. Since the kids played the trip back home was good. We came home rested and did things around the house the rest of the night. The kids did pretty well for it being such a busy weekend. Every morning Isaiah wakes up and Bill isn't in bed he says " Mommy Daddy work?" It's so cute. I love it.

We also went to Susan and Pat Garretts 25th wedding anniversary party. (susan and my mom are best friends forever, since mom was 13) It was neat. Got to see a lot of people, but the kids were super super tired, so we didn't stay the whole time. I think everyone got a riot out of them though. It seems like everyone is family, even though we aren't related. I just don't know if they all feel the same way. :) Fun but busy and I am so tired.

Saturday and Sunday evenings we hung out with my brother and his wife. Lots of fun. Daniel bought a Nintendo Wii and we all played it. It was super fun, now though, Bill is trying to talk me into getting one. I say we can just play with Daniel and Cindy's right?

The kids are all doing good. Growing Playing Getting into everything and just having a great time. Even when they give me a hard time I love them so much. Emily is going to crawl soon (hopefully- - cross your fingers). She is cutting her top teeth and putting everything in her mouth. She is spoiled and mostly wants me all the time and cries when she doesn't get her way. Isaiah is getting bigger by the second. He talks it lots of complete sentences, which I thought would never happen. He likes to do his own thing and very frequently lets me know what he wants to do. The other day he put on a hat and I thought it was cute so I told him. He took it off of his head and said "Mommy I don't like it." Showed me huh? Angel is still very stubborn and also likes to do her own thing. She does love to pester Isaiah, but that's what sisters do. Still convincing her Emily is real, and she loves to pretend. Finally repeating us well enough and louder so we can understand her. I've worked with her so much that if I ask her what? she shouts it loud so I can hear her. So fun being Mommy.
Ok I'm done.

Hey, that church looks familiar! It looks like a beautiful wedding. You look great!

Wow, you have been really busy. Where do you think you guys will move to? Good luck with the garage sale. One of my friends just had one and made $2000! They sold a LOT of stuff, though.

Take care!

WOW!! You are a very busy lady!! When do you get time to breathe? Moving is so much fun----not!
Stick to your guns on that WWii. I don't like video games, they are too consuming.

I was beginning to wonder why I hadn't heard much from you in the past couple weeks....SHEESH!!!!...now I know why! You need a couple more things going on in your life! :) I feel your pain of having so much going on. I went through that this time last year--preparing a house to sell, having a baby, selling a house, moving, having a garage sale, getting settled into a new house. It was a crazy summer last year. I feel for you. I love reading your blog though! Thanks for making time for that. It is so nice to hear what's going on in your life!
