No Time

With Family, School, and Work added to my load, I have no time for anything. Especially updating my status on Facebook, downloading pictures, or blogging. But I'm going to give a quick update here.

Family~ The kids are doing well, staying healthy for the most part. I haven't had to take them to the Dr. yet this year (knock on wood). January is usually our busy month for Doctors.

Isaiah is quite the joke-ster these days. Which can be both calming and unnerving. He has trouble deciding the "right time" to be funny. Sometimes its welcome, other times it can be rude. He catches on fast though, and is swift to apologize when told "NOT FUNNY!" He is doing great in school, and his teacher doesn't quite understand why I ask so many questions. His desire is still to be a scientist and "invent cool things." :)

Angel is growing all the time. She is still struggling immensely in school. Her teachers made me feel like it was my fault at her annual IEP meeting in December, but I have been letting them know I've been here the whole time, and my dreams for Angel haven't changed. Let's just leave it as they used the term "over medicated," to which I promptly tested the next week with "NO medication." They have given their report for me to take to her Dr, no use of "over medicated" in that report. She is proud of herself when she does catch onto a concept, and loves to perform for us.

Emily is growing like a weed. In preschool two days a week, and shining-writes her first and last name without struggle. She is starting to recognize words. She is still as shy and stubborn as ever, but also still a helper to anyone that needs it. She is starting to fight for what she wants, and is a lover when she wants to be.

Thomas is still my baby, although most people think he's 5. He's all boy but tender-hearted and very rambunctious. He is doing AWESOME in speech and loves to talk about his "friend Jackie." Whom we have no idea who Jackie is or what he is talking about. Jackie has red and black hair and black eyes. He is 3 years old, tall and fat. He also goes to work, bowling, and school. Although he is the baby-he still wants to be involved in everything everyone else is doing and can keep up very well.

I go to school on Monday's from 6-10 pm, usually after a day at work from 8-5. I am exhausted by the time I get home around 11:30 or so Mondays. My course load is larger than most because it's consolidated into 5 weeks per credit, so there is a lot of information and assignments due weekly. I struggle to fit it all in, but so far have done everything I need to to get the grade.

I work 3 or 4 days a week now, so getting housework accomplished, school, and keeping up with the kids is hard. Finding time for myself is even more difficult, and finding time with Bill seems almost non-existent. We are making it work and I just have to learn to schedule even more than I do already. Going from Homemaker, to working mom, to working & school mom, has been difficult, but I know my family will reap the rewards when I am done. I have the support of my family and friends which is great! My work environment is pretty fantastic too, of course there are some cons, but I don't think I could find a better group of people to work with anywhere. So far school has been enlightening, but I am looking forward to meeting even more people and forming lasting friendships. While my time is limited, my love is still growing. My heart is full with the amount of support and encouragement around me. I have alot to be thankful for.

So while I don't blog or post status' as much as I used to, know we are doing well and if you think about it say a prayer for us, that time would not be such an issue and everything will work out the way it needs to. Also know that I'm probably thinking of you and wishing I had time to read all of your posts and status' and comment, but I do think you and check in time to time.
